On October 14, 2025, at 8:00 PM, the 32nd edition of the Etiuda&Anima International Film Festival officially opened at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.

As usual, during the opening ceremony, we presented the Festival's program schedule, including this year's three competitions, one of which is completely new – ANIMA 60'+ – a feature-length animation competition. We also introduced the juries of all competitions, as well as distinguished guests and unforgettable creators.

We thank Mr. Jacek Lech, Deputy Director of the Culture Department at the Krakow City Hall, for his attendance. The city's support is invaluable in organizing our event.

After the official opening of the festival, there was a screening of the animation "Memoir of a Snail" directed by Adam Elliot. This film is participating in the ANIMA 60'+ feature-length animation competition.

After the screening, audiences had the opportunity to ask questions to the creator of "Memoir of a Snail" Adam Elliot, in a Q&A session moderated by one of our special guests: Nancy Denney-Phelps.
