Workshops Program:

Legal advisor and Doctor of Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Founder of the Bukowski & Wspólnicy Law Firm. Board member of the Wisława Szymborska Foundation.
He is a recognized expert and advisor in the field of intellectual property law, with extensive experience in the management, commercialization, and protection of intellectual property rights.
He is an esteemed lecturer and speaker at numerous domestic conferences. He runs specialist training courses and workshops for business, state institutions, research institutes, and universities.
He has had the honour of representing and managing publishing matters for Nobel Prize winners: Wisława Szymborska and Czesław Miłosz, as well as many other renowned authors and artists. For several years he has served as the compulsory administrator of the rights to the iconic cartoon characters – Bolek and Lolek.
He is the author of academic and professional publications in the field of intellectual property and co-author of the comprehensive and renowned commentary "Copyright and Related Rights. Commentary", published in 2014 by Wolters Kluwer publishing house.
