An animation film director (born 1987 in Sokółka, Poland). Raised in Belgium from the age of eight, she draws much of her inspiration from her childhood in the Podlasie region in Poland. She has directed, among others, Slug & the snails, The Strawberry soup and The Teeny-weeny fox.
Her latest film, Autokar, has received numerous awards at international festivals — including the Golden Jabberwocky Grand Prix at the 32nd Etiuda&Anima International Film Festival — and was shortlisted for the 2026 Oscar for Best Animated Short Film.
She is currently working on a feature-length adaptation of the graphic novel Siberian haiku by Jurga Vilė. She lives and works in Brussels.
