ALEKSANDRA RODOBOLSKA-DUDEK

A visual artist and researcher whose work focuses on the intersection of art and technology. Specializing in animation and artistic installations, her creations blend image and motion to shape sensory experiences for the viewer. Her work, from 3D animation to site-specific projects, is crafted to evoke specific reactions and associations in the audience's imagination, engaging their senses through deliberate forms and content.

Drawing inspiration from folklore and neuroaesthetics, Aleksandra creates immersive spaces that invite the viewer into a world she carefully constructs. Her practice reflects intentional choices about the forms and themes that shape the perception of her work, maintaining control over its final impact. Tradition and modernity converge in her projects, with technology serving as a means to deepen aesthetic experience.

WIOLA SOWA

Film director and visual artist. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and the Film School in Łódź. She makes animated films, but also mixes animation with fiction and documentaries. She carries out works in Augmented Reality and cinematic VR. In her works, both in films and in Extended Reality, she focuses on a person, most often a woman. Individual experiences of the individual become universal. A man no longer present, remembered.

Her films have been presented and awarded at many festivals in Poland and abroad, including: National Gallery of Art Washington D.C., Kościuszko Foundation in New York, Barbican Center in London, Center Pompidou in Paris, Center for Contemporary Art at the Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw, during the Hiroshima Animation Festival in Japan, the Annecy Animation Festival in France and several hundred others.
