3D Character Animation Lectures are two days of readings and demonstrations planned to bring the listeners closer to work standards of an animation artist in a big postproduction studio.

Major workshop topics:
- the production model - production pipeline of a postproduction studio (cinematiks, feature films, commercials);
- discussion on the universal tools used by an animation artist in the Autodesk Maya software;
- gesture, posture in character animation, introduction to the principles of character animation;
- work with motion capture;
- the process of work on the animated shot.
