Born in 1981, graduated from the Jagiellonian University specializing in film studies, from the Krzysztof Kie\u015blowski Film School in Katowice and the Wajda School. Scriptwriter, director of feature and documentary films. The shorts he directed have won over 100 awards and honorary mentions at Polish and international festivals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tomasz Jurkiewicz<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n

He was awarded the Grand Prix Golden Dinosaur in the Etiuda competition for his film \u201cLive Action Radio\u201d<\/strong> (\u201cRadioakcja\u201d) in 2007. His feature film \u201cEveryone Has a Summer\u201d<\/strong> (\u201cKa\u017cdy ma swoje lato\u201d) had its debut in 2021 and was awarded, among others, the prize for directing at \u201cYoung and Film\u201d festival in Koszalin and the Golden Angel at Toffifest in Toru\u0144. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In October 2025 his second feature film \u201cSkarbek and the Secret of the Magical Silver Nugget\u201d<\/strong> (\u201cSkarbek i tajemnica magicznego sreberka\u201d) will have its cinema release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
