Born in 1983. She is a multimedia artist, who works in the field of animated installations, expanded media practices and traditional puppet animation. She holds a BA\/MA as graphic artist and painter (Academy of Arts, Zagreb); BA in animation (HVO, Norway); MA of audio-visual arts (Royal Academy of Art, Belgium) and a PhD in animation studies (NTU\/ADM Singapore).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her research interests include fragmented narratives and storytelling approaches for animated installations, expanded cinema and storytelling. \u00a0She has presented films (\u201eFamily Portret\u201d<\/strong> (2023), \u201eHome\u201d<\/strong> (2020), \u201eCrossed Sild\u201d<\/strong> (2020), \u201eThe Vast Landscape \u2013 Porcelain Stories\u201d<\/strong> (2014), \u201eSisters\u201d<\/strong> (2012), \u201eLiesa Van der Aa \u2013 My love\u201d<\/strong> (2012)) and exhibited internationally on numerous exhibitions, on more than 300 animation festivals, and is a winner of several art and film awards. She took part in numerous art residencies, scientific conferences and animation festivals as a selector and jury member. She works as an assistant professor at Lusofona University in Lisbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
