Making a stop\nmotion-animated puppet movie is an incredibly exhausting way of expression. It\nrequires guts to embark on a project that will take years to create, frame by\nframe, something that will make the spectators sharpen their eyes to the\nfullest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Niki Lindroth von Bahr, a true magician of movement in animation, who introduces her characters to dances (e.g. in the musical Burden<\/em>) will guide the workshop participants through the secrets of the animator work. <\/p>\n\n\n\nThe two-day animation workshops are aimed at young animators with basic skills in stop-motion animation. For two days, participants will work on body movement, posing dolls and working with props in a well-equipped animated film studio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Niki Lindroth von Bahr <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\nNiki Lindroth von Bahr <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nAn outstanding Swedish animator who creates a dark world of animals similar to the world of humans. The \u00a0buildings, the puppets and the objects are made with infinite care, and the movement of the characters will enchant everyone. Niki got her master degree in fine arts from The Royal Institute of Art in 2016. She is represented as an artist by Stene Projects Gallery in Stockholm and as a director by Nexus Studios in London. She is also a costume designer and has been working for artists like Fever Ray and David Bowie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
