Zgłaszający film niniejszym oświadcza, że posiada tytuł prawny do zgłoszenia filmu na Festiwal oraz, że zgłoszony film nie narusza praw osób trzecich.
Zgłaszający film zaświadcza, że zapoznał się i akceptuje warunki Regulaminu Festiwalu.
Zgłoszenie filmu do konkursu jest równoznaczne ze zgodą na trzykrotną projekcję w trakcie trwania festiwalu oraz w przypadku otrzymania nagrody na projekcje w ramach imprezy "Objazdowa Etiuda&Anima 2022", prezentującej laureatów festiwalu.

The Entrant hereby declares to be authorized to enter the film in the festival. The entered film does not infringe the rights of third parties.
The Entrant confirms that he/she has read Festival Regulations and agrees to the terms as set out.
The submission of the film for the Festival competition amounts to agreement for three screenings during the festival, and - in case of winning the prize - during "Travelling Etiuda&Anima 2022" event presenting the festival laureates.
