Flip Books are one of the simplest, oldest, and best-loved ways to create an “animated film”. In this workshop participants will explore the wonders of optical illusions. Using basic drawing skills and a few tricks, participants will create their own paper movie!

You too can become a Youtuber: Mobile phone filmmaking workshops - Workshops for young people aged 10 – 13
Led by: Rafał Kosecki, AMA

We invite all young enthusiasts of making films with smartphones to workshops with Rafał Kosecki, a lecturer of FAMA Film Academy. During these workshops its participants will get to know the rules of framing, kinds of film sets and ways of working of the multimedia equipment brought by the participants. Each of the participants will have an opportunity to familiarize him/herself with all the stages of making short film stories: starting with inspiration, through idea for a story, script, framing, storyboards, shooting/editing.

Rafał Kosecki - a film and TV actor, TV director. Well-known from such Polish TV series as "Kasia i Tomek" (Kasia and Tomek), "Tygrysy Europy" (Tigers of Europe), "Dziki" (Wild One), "Szkoła" (School). He produced TV series "W11. Wydział śledczy" (W11. Investigation Department" and "Detektywi" (Detectives) for TVN. He is a lecturer at AMA Film Academy in Krakow.

Body, organism, mechanism - this is the title of the stop-motion animation workshops led by Izabela Plucińska, a director, scriptwriter and animated film producer. The workshops are for adults who wish to learn a perfect technique of working with plasticine from a real master. Each participant will have an opportunity to create his/her own animation.
