It is the second time that IFF Etiuda&Anima, apart from traditional competitions of student etudes and independent animated films, also organizes a review of graduate films made at Polish art schools in 2012. Similar to last year, the presentation will not be a competition; however, we do not rule out that the programme of the festival will evolve in this direction, and that we will hold a competition of Polish graduate films in the near or distant future.

The height of 1990s. Poland is flooded with film trash; piracy is in bloom; music TV rules. Hits compilations, floppy disks or CDs with demos of computer games are a desired commodity. No censorship, no control. Communist-era decorations are replaced with imitations of the West. Sandra, My Love is an animated trip with the air of these times; a visual and musical compilation of the freedom and powerlessness of the 1990s.
